1. I forgot my password, how can I find it?

The simplest way is to request a password recovery.

  • Step 1: Top right corner – My account
  • Step 2: Next to the "Login" button - click on the "Forgot your password?"
  • Step 3: Enter your email address and click "Reset password"
  • Step 4: Access the link in the e-mail to set a new password

2. How do I edit my account informations?

After login, you can edit your account data from the Control Panel.
To access the Control Panel : In the upper right corner> Click your account Name> My Account

3. How do I search for a product?

Use the top, central search module. You will receive a list with suggestions and the possibility to choose one. If you want simple search enter the keyword and click on the magnifier.

For better results you can use the filters on the left of the page.
Another way to search is the site navigation – step by step in categories and subcategories. Here you can use filtres too for better results.
For example, if you want to search an iphone 6 cover you should go to category Covers, subcategory Apple, sub-subcategory iPhone 6/6S. Here you can choose from filtres to show only RED covers.

5. Can I pick up my order directly?

You can pick up the order from any of the locations specified on the website, on the contact page:

You can no longer pick up orders from our premises from this address: Bucharest, Vulturilor nr. 92, sector 3.
IMPORTANT! Pick-up is available only for products sold by BRANDGSM and only after the order is confirmed. We will not take credit for lack of stock in the store if the order is not confirmed.
