How do I order?

Our hours are 09:00 – 17:00 from Monday to Friday

Orders placed from Monday to Friday until 15 o'clock are handed over to the courier on the same day, and those launched after 15 o'clock will be processed the next business day (only for products that are in our warehouse). For products that are in our stores or in the supplier’s stock we will communicate the exact delivery time by phone or e-mail.
Orders and requests received after hours or in weekend will be processed on the first working day.

Choose one of the ways to order:

a) Online order (recommended)

Step 1: Add the desired products to your cart
Step 2: In the upper right corner you have the basket option where you can see the shopping summary. From here you can access your shopping cart or go to the completion page.
In the shopping cart you can make changes, add a discount coupon and go to the next step: Complete the order.
Step 3:
- If you are logged in, select one of the existing addresses, or enter a new billing and shipping address. If you are note, please login or signup by filling in the informations needed.
- Select delivery method
- Select the payment method
- Read the terms and conditions and privacy notice and check if you agree (This step is required to finish the order)
Step 4: Click the Finish order button. If you chose the card payment, you will be redirected to the payment processor page. For other payment methods the order is sent immediately after pressing the Finish button.

b) Phone Order
An operator will pick up your order if you call one of the numbers on the site, but only for products sold by BrandGSM. For products sold by other vendors you can order online.
We recommend that you choose the online order so that there are no communication errors in order processing. For an online order you can track its status in your account.
